Chaplain's Message

Make Your Life Count!

If we look at life, you will find that the great winners in life usually face great obstacles before they triumph.  Our great saints did jobs in life; by doing things in an extra ordinary way … meaning they pushed a little harder.

So in our life we must use prayer and worship to help us keep our sanity and do a great job.

Depression should never be part of our life.

In 1959, a studio in Hollywood dismissed Clint Eastwood and Burt Reynolds at the same time, telling them that they would never make it.

In 1962, the Beatles were told that we don’t like your music.

Thomas Edison was told that he was too slow.  They could not help him to learn.

In 1954, Elvis Presley was fired, and they told him he would never make it in the industry.

In our life, let’s do our best, work hard and leave the rest to God.

On behalf of the Delaware State Troopers Association and Colonel Robert Coupe we wish God’s blessings to our troopers and their families.  We ask Our Lord to keep our troopers safe each day.  Amen.

God bless you and your families!
